General Information

Computer Education and Instructional Technologies Department started education in 2000-2001 and the first graduates of the department were in 2006.

There are seven faculty members in our department: one associate professor, four assistant professors and two research assistants. Effective use of new information and communication technologies in education and training environments is the main field of study of our department. In our department, only normal education students study and there are 246 students in total. Our department's computer laboratory serves our students and our students use the laboratories in their research. Students who complete the undergraduate program are entitled to receive a bachelor's degree and a teaching certificate in the Department of Computer and Instructional Technologies Education. Our department's students can take an active role in many fields besides teaching.
